Consumer Personas

We worked with The Home Hero to better identify their target audience to help them attract more business and more satisfied customers. Instead of relying on the 'services' section of Craigslist like many handyman service providers do, we narrowed in on a set of consumers that closely aligned with the values and belief's of their brand identifying three types of ideal customers and outlining each persona in great detail.
